Good to get ideas
This app works well for building your own workouts. As far as following the workouts for specific breaks I get lost. I guess your supposed to do all the workouts? In a real gym this is really hard since you have to change up weights, ball or whatever the next workout is. How many sets and reps? Do I do all these workouts in one day? Its a bit confusing. Would be great if it was broken down for a 5 day workout program or something along those lines!
